Job Description:

Yazu Digitals India is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing social media strategies to elevate the company’s online presence, engage our target audience, and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:
   • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and industry trends.
   • Create, curate, and manage all published content across various social media platforms.
2. Content Creation:
   • Generate engaging, creative, and relevant content for different social media channels.
   • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
3. Community Engagement:
   • Foster and nurture a positive online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Monitor social media analytics to track the success of campaigns, measure KPIs, and provide insightful reports to management.
   • Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize results.
5. Social Media Advertising:
   • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
   • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in social media advertising.
6. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
   • Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.

Requirements:

1. 12th Qualified / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
4. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
