- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s products and services.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling IT solutions and services, while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and contribute to strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
- 12th Qualified with Fluency in English and Hindi (for fresher positions).
- Proven experience in IT sales for candidates with prior sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
